Returns
 
If you change your mind, you're welcome to return your order within 7 days of delivery.
Items should be unused, in their original condition, and returned in their original packaging.
Return shipping is handled by the customer.
Once we have received and inspected the item, a refund will be processed to your original payment method.


Damaged or Faulty Items

We take great care in the design and craftsmanship of every piece. If your item arrives damaged or develops a fault, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@shopanimo.com.
All ANIMO products are covered for up to 6 months from the date of purchase. Where a manufacturing fault or defect is identified, we will arrange a repair, replacement, or refund, depending on the circumstances


Refunds

Once your return has been received and checked, refunds are typically processed within 5–10 working days to your original payment method.
Please note that banking institutions may require additional time for the funds to reflect in your account.
