We aim to process and dispatch all orders within 2–5 working days from the date of purchase, subject to stock availability.
 
If an item is not immediately available, please allow an additional 7–10 working days for production before dispatch.
 
Estimated delivery times:
 

• Major centres: 2–4 working days

• Outlying areas: 3–6 working days
   

Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking number to follow its journey.

Please ensure that someone is available at the delivery address to receive the order. If delivery cannot be completed, the courier may attempt redelivery or contact you to arrange an alternative.
